The app is designed to work locally on your device. Information you enter into the app is stored only on your device.

• Your goals
• Goal deadlines
• Completed goals
• App preferences and settings

This information is used only to provide the app’s core features, such as showing your remaining days, tracking goals, and displaying completed goals.

2. Local Storage

All user data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s local app storage systems.

We do not have access to the information you enter into the app.

Finite does not currently provide cloud sync, external backup, or account-based data recovery. If you delete the app, erase your device, or move to a new device without a valid backup, your app data may be lost.

3. Local Data and Data Loss

Finite stores user data locally on your device. We do not operate external servers for storing, syncing, or backing up your app data.

Because your data is stored only on your device, it may be lost if:

• You delete the app
• Your device is lost, damaged, erased, or replaced
• iOS removes app data
• You reset your device
• A device backup does not include or restore the app data correctly

Finite and its developer, Xyse Goh, are not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, app deletion, operating system behavior, failed backups, or other events outside our control.

You are responsible for maintaining any personal backups or records of information you consider important.

4. No Account Required

Finite does not require you to create an account.

We do not collect your email address, phone number, login credentials, or account identifiers.

5. No Tracking

Finite does not track you across apps or websites.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing profiles, third-party analytics, or tracking.

6. No Third-Party Data Sharing

Finite does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

The app does not send your personal app data to external servers.

Finite does not use third-party advertising SDKs.

Finite does not use third-party analytics services.

Finite is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because the app does not collect or transmit user data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. User Control

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you control the information you enter into the app.

You can edit or delete your profile information and goals within the app where those features are available. You can also delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new effective date.
